Vanessa for most people, Nessa for some and Vane for others!
I consider myself a born communicator, a people's person, who likes to meet new people and new places, be with family and friends, animals and nature, and to keep learning.
I glimpsed upon Marketing and Economics, but I’ve chosen Sociology the minute I knew the course’s "menu". I‘ve started my career in the Agendas 21 project, a feast of tasks and responsibilities regarding cities sustainable development. Later, I created my own project, a real challenge, but it didn’t go so well. So, in 2008, I entered into the training world, which I've never left. More than 4 years later, the training department where I had been working closed and, again, I looked for a new challenge: I proposed a Leonardo Da Vinci internship to a Coaching company in Madrid. I signed for 6 months, but stayed 2 years, one living in Madrid and another working remotely and travelling between the two countries. It was a growing experience, which added a huge amount of knowledge to my luggage, although my adventure in the personal development had already started in 2012.
Currently, I work as a Soft Skills Trainer / Coach / L&D Consultant on a freelance basis.
I challenge myself every day to be my best version by being authentic, honouring my word and doing my best in every situation.
